Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra starrer 'Kesari' which narrates the tale of Havildar Ishar Singh, the leader of the 1897 Fight of Saragarhi, offers wrapped up shooting. Both actors took to public mass media to announce the news headlines and shared a few first appearance pics from the pieces.

Directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Karan Johar, 'Kesari' will certainly hit the screens on March 21, 2019. The film narrates the story of the historical Battle of Saragarhi, which saw an outnumbered Sikh regiment, under the leadership of Havildar Ishar Singh, fighting for a number of hours and holding against 10, 000 Afghan tribesmen at Saragarhi in September 1897.
