Parineeti Chopra is waking up at 5 am every day for the prep of her recently-bagged movie the Saina Nehwal biopic. She is also presently shooting for Jabariya Jodi at this time.
Parineeti Chopra whose latest flick Kesari opposite Akshay Kumar is doing wonders at the box office is 'pretty kicked' about her projects in the pipeline. The actress is currently oscillating in between the two films in her kitty Jabariya Jodi and the Saina Nehwal biopic which she recently bagged after replacing Shraddha Kapoor.
The 30-year-old actress took to social media in order to share a glimpse into her hectic schedule as she shared the picture of a badminton court from the sixth day of her prep. She shared the photo on her Instagram stories with the hashtag #Saina. Hours later she shared photos and boomerangs from the sets of Jabariya Jodi which would feature Sidharth Malhotra alongside her.
In a recent interaction about her prep for the Saina Nehwal biopic with Mumbai Mirror the actress opened up about waking up at 5 am every day and was quoted as saying “Prep usually starts early because we have booked courts in slots when there are no distractions of any kind. We start at 6 am and wind up by 8 am. I will have to live this regimented life for the next nine months but I am pretty kicked about it. I want to do justice to the film and to Saina.”
“This project is absolutely perfect for me. Amole (Gupte director) sir and his team are ensuring I have everything that I need. A great physio team and world-class players have been roped in to train and condition me. Everything—how Saina plays who she has played with and against every match she has been in—has been documented. It’s important to imbibe all that information and present it on screen. I’m happy but also very nervous” she further told Mirror.
Besides the two movies Parineeti Chopra also has Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar which co-stars Arjun Kapoor and has been postponed for an indefinite period of time.
