In spite of competition from Shahid Kapoor's Kabir Singh and Hollywood releases Khurrana-starrer Article 15 continues to do business rapidly at the box office.
The Rs 50 mark was passed in Thursday 11 July and after the second week at the box office the film received a total of Rs 50.83 crore. On its opening weekend the film earned Rs 20.04 crore at the box office. It saw "far growing at day 2 and 3" earning Rs 7.25 on its second day Rs 7.77 on its third day according to Taran.

As far as Ayushmann's films are concerned Article 15 is second in box office collections at the
opening of the weekend. Badhaai Ho who received Rs 45.70 on the first weekend continues at its top in 2018.

On day 2 of release the Anubhav Sinha Directorial saw a jump in its income. The movie earned Rs 7.25 on Saturday and collected Rs 12.27 crore for its complete gross.
