Salman Khan, born on December 27, 1965, is the son of the legendary writer Salim Khan who has played hits such as Sholay (1975) Deewaar (1975) and Don (1978) in his previous years. In 1988 Salman began working as a leading film actor in the Biwi Ho To Aisi (1988). He had a major position in Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) in the box office the following year. He became an Indian cinema's soul knock from there.
